Better than other salvage yards because finally someone greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. They explained how to use the yard, I signed in, and they directed me to the Ford pickup truck section.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. They are up front about pricing. Parts are ready when the say they will be.

the absolute worst company out there.These people have no idea what they are doing over there.I would not Reccomend any type of services through them!!!!!!!!

i no longer recommend this yard to go to for anything what so ever now. it is now owned by metallico inc. the prices are double what they used to be for anything in the yard. i had made a pre payment to get parts pulled. not only were my parts not pulled he tried to charge me again for half of the parts i had asked for. this yard used to be so much better before it was taken over. im sorry to say i cant give them a zero so a one will have to do and they dont deserve that

Call to ask for a price quote on a wheel bearing and the guy says "well I don't even know if I have it..." ok 1 your listed under auto parts store why would you not have it? 2 why wouldn't you GO CHECK??! Poor customer service = no money money from me. Not to mention they're priced about $20-$25 higher than any other place

The staff was very helpful and they have a large stock of car parts. I called first to see if they had the part I needed for my car, they checked and called me back to say they did. When I got there they were removing it from the car so I didn't have to wait long. While I was waiting to pay they were assisting other customers and were very polite and helpful Since this was my first time to a junk yard in several years I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back there for any car parts and highly recommend it. Easy to get to from the Skyway.
