I am very pleased with the overall experience with Sheridan Surgical. Recently my mother needed to get a powered chair with her insurance. We were suggested to try Sheridan surgical from her doctor. We never even had to leave her home to get the chair! A young man named Chris came to her home and knew what should be best for her. They also did the entire insurance process for her. Initially the chair got denied by her insurance but a girl in the office was able to work with my mother's doctor and get it straightened out to where they paid for the powered chair. I can't believe how helpful and easy this turned out to be. My mother is very happy and comfortable in her chair. We are very pleased and will definitely use Sheridan surgical in the future. Just recently bought a lift chair and are working on a stair lift for the house to help with aging parents we are taking care of. There is no pressure from any of the employees just a very helpful attitude. Would highly recomend to anyone who needs assistive devices or medical aides. I have needed to go to several medical supply stores over the past several years and I have to compliment this one as the best I've dealt with. Physically the store is clean, bright, orderly and well stocked. More importantly the staff was very professional, friendly, informed and helpful.
