Horrible company to do business with. Could not get in touch with them when I needed to - couldn't get through on the phone and voicemails not returned. When I cancelled they then strangely enough found my contact information to let me know that per my contract I needed to pay the remainder of my montly fees. Called others on my emergency call list (suppeosed to call if alarm sounds) and claimed to be a lawyer demanding money. Go anywhere else

Awful customer service would be too kind. I was unable to reach anyone after repeated calls and voicemails - until I faxed my cancellation and stopped paying and suddenly they contacted me. The contact however consisted mainly of bullying and threats and untrue claims of being a lawyer. After everything became clear I cannot say with any certainty that my alarm was ever really working properly. Avoid at all costs.
