Worst car buying experience ever. Service center is awful. The mechanics who work at Paddock have no clue about anything. It seems as if they purposely do things to your vehicle so you have to come back. I've been to the service center with my car 7 times and ive only owned my vehicle 8 months. It is getting to be such a hassle that im thinking of filing a lawsuit for all the repairs ive had to have done on my car, including part of the motor. It is a nightmare. Do not take your car here, trust me.

I had a wonderful expeirence at buying a new car at Paddock. Salesman Samuel J. Coronado was wonderful and took the time to help me find the best deal and was so helpful. I would recomend him to help you with your experience.

I had a great experience with the dealers and will definately come back to buy a truck.The dealer was very friendly not pushy. Dealer new about everything about the cars i was interested in.The service was incredible even though the sales person was new at his job.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Just like everyone else on here, their service department is terrible. We have taken our truck in twice in a month for service work and had they actually looked at what we told them was wrong the first time, they could have fixed it all the first time instead of making us pay two warranty deductibles. Usually we do not get our vehicle back within 24 hours and they always refuse us a rental even though we should be entitled to one. They are only looking out for themselves and the almighty dollar, not their customers. Please don't ever buy a vehicle from them. PLEASE.

BE WARNED! This was the worst service I ever had. They sold me a car with a bad windshield and tried to tell me it was just dirty. Then when I went to get it fixed they tried to charge me. Once I got into the car I realized that they gave me the car back with the same windshield! This was the most disorganized and uncaring dealership I ever went to. I will never go back to them to purchase or use their service center.

This was the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with! They make you feel like you are more of a burden than a customer. The sales people were some of the worst I've ever had to deal with. If you are looking for a friendly helpful car buying experience then look else where!!! I would give no stars!
The salesman I had was great. The service stinks, the owners wont take customers phone calls they have their Department Heads call you back. This isnt what you do with your customers. I bought my car in Oct. 2008 and its beeen in the shop 4 times and needs to go back again. You bring your car in for service at a time slot given to you and your lucky to have it back by the next day. I would not recommend Paddock to anyone for the service. I learned the hardway. All in all I give Paddock a 0 on a customer satisfaction call. I have even told their Survery Companies to quit calling because my attitude wont change about the way I feel about their service. They need to give their employees a Inservice on Customer Service. I am forced to keep my business with Paddock due to the location of where I work and live. I cant say enough about how bad their Service Dept is.
I would prefer to say No stars!! My dad had to repeatedly had to return his truck. I had to resort to writing to GM & contacted a friend who worked at a local GM manufacturing facility to get satisfaction. Too big of a dealer. too many vehicles to give that needed personel attention.
