My friends and I visited this nail place on a somewhat normal basis (when my cousin is in town from Boston, MA). It was always a special "treat" for us to get together and go. We loved the environment and that the employees weren't extensively speaking in foreign (to us) tongue while performing our pedis. We were VERY VERY dissappointed on our last visit. We ALWAYS get the "Deluxe" pedi. Usually at the beginning of the pedi they would ask which one you want. No one asked. The next thing we know they're lotioning up our legs getting ready to send us on our way. My cousin was like "Oh. I wanted the deluxe." The employees that were taking care of both of us said that "we should have told them that we wanted the deluxe." No apology for not asking us. No "Oh. Do you still want the deluxe?" My cousin even said " I wish I could go back into time." Yet they finished anyways. My other friend had cold foot water. No neck warmer, Was not offered a beverage. When she said something about her water being cold he said "Well Why didn't you say something?' We were thinking WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK!!! We left leaving the spa feeling very Angry. We expected to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and that was NOT THE CASE AT ALL. They were too busy and probably just rushing to take care of everyone.

Run!!! The other way! Employees are rude and arrogant. They make fun of people when they leave the business. I chipped my polish and the technician (?) acted like I had interrupted his meditation and he could not fix it until he had completed a pedicure. Other customers rolled their eyes at his demeaner. He did not fix it because I left! Another woman heard it all and decided to leave also. My friend, who was also having a full set, was appalled at her technician's crass behavior toward customers. She, however, was done and dry before me who was only having fills. They will never see us again or anyone that we know.
