I am happy with the service I received since I had a suitcase under warranty repaired - no charge to me. They have luggage that can be repaired under warranty even if damaged by the airlines!

I travel a lot and have bought several pieces of luggage there, and have been very happy with my purchases. They carry a good range of products and are very helpful. The owner is knowledgable and is good about pointing out the pros and cons of the luggage they carry. They carry both inexpensive and expensive luggage; what you pick should depend on how much you travel and how much of a beating your luggage will take

Took a suitcase in for a repair. Took two months until I called to ask where it was. When I went in, the suitcase was completely damaged. This business should NOT be in luggage repair. Stick to selling luggage if that's what works, but repairs? Never again. Awful experience. I gave one star because the system wont allow me to leave none.

I called to inquire about having the wheels replaced on my luggage. I was told to find my own wheels, and he would put them on. I could do that my self, IF I could find the wheels. That is his job, luggage repair. I should not have to bring in my own parts.
