This is the experience of several family members and friends. Dr. Lewis has no bed side manor but I appreciated the way he explained things to us about the surgeries and answered every question. The one receptionist, the one PA, and one nurse there are wonderful, and I pray that is who is there when we go for checkups and appointments. Most of the rest of the staff is rude and incompetent. One person I will not mentioned names was in the ER with extreme pain that had surgery almost a year ago. They were supposed to put this person on the waiting list, and was told the surgery would be probably happen in the next month and a half. They didn't send the paper work in properly and the person had to wait 2 more months for surgery. Another person was told two weeks before their surgery they had to pay the high deductible a week prior to surgery so that only gave them a week to come up with the money that put the
