General Info

During my internship in undergrad I worked with crisis services and children's hospital outpatient clinic. My graduate internship was served at Catholic Charities, providing therapeutic supervised visitation and counseling with broken families. I lead group therapy in co-operative parenting as well.. Another portion of my career I I spent working for the NYS Crime Victims Board serving adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and co-occurring diagnoses. For several years I worked at Child and Family Services doing in-person therapy with individuals, couples and families through their Employee Assistence Program, and was a filed educator for graduate social work students. I decided to open my own private practice in 2011, and have created a safe and comfortable environment to utilize my experience to help clients identify and work through a variety of life issues. My approach is client-centered - I believe everyone's journey is different and I believe in meeting the client where they are at. I offer guidance and support to clients to help them develop skills to improve their lives.
