Terrible service. Do not waste your time, they will take your money and lie to you. The technician never placed the satellite properly so our signal went in and out. We were able to take the satellite completely out of the ground afterwards. We we told that it was our responsibility to call them again for the technician to place it correctly. They would not give us our money back when we wanted to deal with DirecTV instead of them.
