Carpet looked nice while it lasted for 4 years but when the carpet was removed I found that the installer left serious gouges in my hardwood from the carpet stretcher. About 10" apart from each other all the way around the perimeter of the room. All I was told is that it's part of the job. So yes would say they need to work on their customer service, and the quality of there installers

Very happy with carpet so far. Not happy with installation. Marked up wood work pretty good. I was very happy with the salesman who sold me the rug but the workers need to be a little more careful and need a lesson in dealing with the public. . - Customer service means having some kind of personallity.
had an excellent experience here. Like many people my husband and I shopped around many different stores in the area from local businesses to the big box stores like lowes and home depot. We were originally satisfied and happy with the price we had received from home depot until we realized there price didn't include all the extras (installation, pad, removal of old carpet, moving furniture and stairs) With the addition of almost $1200 we decided to price shop. We visited many local stores along sheridan drive and niagara falls blvd when we came across kenny carpets. From the second we walked in the door it was clearly evident that we should have been shopping local businesses from the beginning. The sales staff was extremely easy going, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up saving almost $600, and also received exceptional service and installation. I would highly recommend Kenny Carpets for all of your flooring needs.
