I am NOT happy with Dent Neurologic. I called them almost a MONTH ago, because I needed to refill my prescription for Treximet. My pharmacy has called them NUMEROUS TIMES, and I called a couple of times. They are NOT calling my insurance company, to give them the AUTHORIZATION for my prescription for MIGRAINES!! I have had TWO in the past month and have taken my room mate's Midrin, which doesn't help as well. I will be talking to my Primary doctor when I go to see her on 1/25 about prescribing me something for my migraines. I am also going to REPORT DENT NERUOLOGIC to the PROPER AUTHORITIES about their practices. Enough is enough! They can't treat their patients like they are nothing!! Kelly Law

This was the nastiest office my family has ever encountered. After receiving an appointment that our Primary set-up, we were called for another referral. Why was the initial appointment made if there was no referral? So, we called the primary for another referral. No Problem. That is, until my wife drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to be refused for no referral. She was rescheduled and turned back. Upon calling the Primary's office, they verified that two referral were indeed given. They even encountered problems with the Dent's staff, who did not want to believe our Primary was real. Well they're listed in numerous providor networks under "general practice" but, I guess picking up a phone to verify is too much work for Dent. They'd rather bill you $160 if you miss the appointment but, not be accountable for people who spend over 2 hours driving to see them. The nastiness and unprofessionalism of the office staff is remarkable especially if you read their mission statement on their website!
