I agree with the other reviews, This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They never showed up to deliver my tv and never called to say the were not coming. I gave them an ear full, I was not nice at all, I canceled my order and called Target and got my money back. This company is a sham and I don't know how they stay in business with this kind of terrible customer service.
Purchased a 65" screen Samsung television from Sam's Club. I called the phone number to have arrange for the installation and was given a date ,4/12 and time,8-11:59 AM. On Monday, 2 days later, I received a call that stated that they noticed that I had not called to secure an installation date. I was told that the TV could not be delivered on Wednesday and would be installed on Friday, 4/14 between the hours of 8-11:59AM. On 4/14 I received a call at 10:45 that the television would not be delivered and installed until 2PM. I cancelled the order and asked to speak with a supervisor. The person who answered the phone told me that the reason my original install date didn't go through was because my payment didn't go through; which was a LIE. I informed the young woman that I had paid at the store and her response was "oh, you paid at the store, please hold." I never spoke with a supervisor and I would STRONGLY suggest that you NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Very very untrustworthy company. They collect your money but don't pay their subcontractors who do all the work and then they lie to everyone even the customers. Very shameful company.

This is the worse company i ever deal with. The technical are professional but this company are a big liars and they try to blame the technical for all they mistake they creating. The last time when i call Dell for install my computer and other stuff related, i have to wait 1 month for the appointment after they promise me 4 time in this month for earlier appointment, ever that after 4 weeks they send technician and they try to charge me additional money for what we agree before, the tech guy show me his document for the work and told me this is what he need to install for me, i ask him to call back to the company and verify the information because there is a mistake, he called and gave me the phone to talk to them, the customer service that was on the phone try to make me as a lier and try to pull additional money from me after we agree on the cost before they set up appointment, even they sending the tech after 4 week they also lie to me on the price. i talk with the supervisor a
