I was born & raised in Buffalo. Hutch's is probably the one restaurant I frequent most when I am not only looking for a good meal, but I have friends and family in from out of town. On my most recent visit I started with the Caesar Salad. The lettuce was cold, crisp and refreshing. I then moved to the stuffed pablano pepper for my appetizer. One word. Wow! The pepper is stuffed and then lightly fried to give it a nice crisp and cruch. The filling is perfect. Served with a salsa and bean relish. Last but not least I went with the jambalaya. Chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage with pasta in a cream sauce. I had the small portion but there is a larger available so bring your appetite. Buffalo is famous for its food. Mark not only sets the bar but exceeds it as he does not disappoint.

One of the best restaurants in Buffalo! The menu items and regular specials are incredible! If you are looking for a classy, relaxed atmosphere - this is your place.
