I am new to the practice. I live in the neighborhood near the office and decided I wanted to change from my old dentist who was retiring soon. I can't believe how great this office is. I am used to an outdated office and equipment. Everything here is so up-to-date and comfortable. I instantly felt like I had been going here for a long time. Melanie at the desk was so helpful getting all of my paperwork filled out. Dr. Altman made me feel really comfortableI have 3 kids and signed them all up for their cleanings as well (now to get my husband to switch!). Thanks Dr. Altman (and team)!

I have been going to Dr. Altman for 13 years. He is kind, gentle and very talented. Everyone on his staff makes you feel welcome and his sense of humor makes you a little less dreadful of going to the dentist.

We've been going to Dr. Altman's office since we moved back to town 10 years ago. Each time we're there for routine or emergency visits (my daughter smashed her tooth a while back & Dr. Altman saw her right away), we're impressed by how professional, patient & gentle Dr. Altman is. I have been a patient of Dr. Altman's for years. I always hear people tell stories of how anxious they are to go to the dentist, and always thought they were crazy. It's because they must not have the right dentist! Dr. Altman takes the time to really get to know his patients, and always makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. Altman also has a wonderful staff of employees. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Altman and his staff are truly the best in all of Western New York. They always take the time to make me feel more like a part of their family than just a patient. Dr. Altman really takes his time explaining everything he is doing and is very knowledgeable and friendly. His rapport with his staff is excellent, you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. His new Dr. is also really nice and really knows her stuff, she is a great addition to an already stellar team. I highly recommend Dr. Altman!!

My youngest hadn't been to the dentist yet and we were ready to change providers. When I heard from a friend about Dr. Altman, I made an appointment for myself. After being in the office and having my teeth cleaned, I saw the wall of kid pics and decided to bring my son. They gave him a ride on the chair and he thought it was fun. We are all going there now-and are so much happier than at our last location. Their new location is going to be even closer to us!

I had an emergency and I called this office. I haven't been to the dentist in a while, so I was nervous. This office was absolutely the best! They totally took great care of me. They fixed me up, didn't hurt a bit, and actually had me laughing the whole time! My whole family are now patients for life. This guy really cares about his patients, and the staff was on the ball and made it so easy. They handled my insurance paperwork like clockwork and even fought to get me better benefits! I definately reccommend Dr. Altman to anyone looking for a great dentist!
