Sinatra & Company Real Estate has turned the former Perfetto’s space in the Market Arcade complex into an upscale downtown food hall in direct response to the local community's growing interest in food culture, craft beverage and communal gathering places. The food hall is called EXPO—a nod to the Pan-American Exposition in 1901 and a declaration that the City of Buffalo is embarking on a new golden era. The market offers a diverse range of cuisine options, including Gypsy Bohemian Grove Bar as the liquor license holder/craft beer bar owner, Breezy Burrito Co. (Mexican), Crush Juicery (Smoothie/Juice Bar), Newbury Street (Healthy Fast Food), Osteria (Italian), and Sun Restaurant (Authentic Asian Fusion).
