Truly awful, hope that you never have to live here or deal with these scummy management

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!.... The landlord has waited over 3 months to return my security deposit. The apartment was left in immaculate condition. I have sent numerous letters and more than 50 phone calls with ZERO response. I am owed over $1,200 and if I do not get a response within the next 5 business days, I will escalate this complaint and take legal action.

I have been living at elmwood heights for just under a year and would highly recommend this apartment building for the working class and students the management has been great and i plan to renew my lease for another year

I highly recommend trying out this apartment complex. Reason for this? Due to new property management and several new repair the apartment complex is getting back to its roots as one of the leading apartment complex in Buffalo, NY. At one point the property was severaly damaged, including broken bathrooms and damaged drying machines. Though the complex still needs a little more times to be repaired, I highly recommend calling or trying out the complex.

I would strongly warn anyone looking into property rented by this group. I lived at their large complex on Elmwood Ave. between Lexington and West Ferry for two years. The property was incredibly poorly managed - the apartment was in poor condition and the complex was dirty and needed numerous repairs. Furthermore, while the property manager informed the landlord to return security deposit more than four months ago, I still haven't received it. Apparently this is common fair for this group. It's now almost six months, no response to my calls and no security deposit.If you value your living space and expect prompt, professional, honest and courteous treatment, stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.
