I had the same experience as the others who a gave a low rating do to the fact you only get to see the doctor on your initial visit other than that its the Nurse Practioner, who I care less to see. They over book you where you sit for hours. I really like the Doctor though, but I have to go else where don't like the concept of the office.

I tried and asked if we could see the DR, she said " Why I am not good enough" that would be the RN, She also didn't really know what was going on, and of course no DR to see around. We just left and figured they have enought patients so why do they care. Thanks

horrible office, you would feel more comfortable at the DMV. RUDE STAFF AND NO DOCTOR seen, at least all the times I have been there. SHE ONLY SEES NEW PATIENTS. It is almost like that movie? With whoopi where she pretends to be a guy and successful business man to get deals, WHERE IS THE DR? ONLY SEEN BY RN's who don't know much, and are rude! WOW the only time we will be going there again is to get our file. Maybe they can FED-EX it to our new DR that will actually see us and CARE! VERY DISAPOINTING. NOT EVEN A HELLO WHEN YOU COME IN. Maybe Dr. G should focus on her current patients, rather than take on a load of new patients she CAN'T HANDLE. But anyone can just shove off there cases on the hired help. Thats exactly how this office is run! THIS OFFICE SHOULD CONSIDER GOING TO A HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS seminar! Hope this helped and you don't make the mistake we have. Off to find a new DR.

I went to this doctor because three of my friends spoke so highly of her. They told me in advance about bringing a book to the waiting room as did the staff. She is so good that she is overbooked full time. They even extended her day for me to fit my appointment in once. I truly would recommend Dr. Giardino to anyone. If you can get an appointment I would because I feel so much better now that my levels are correct.

I had gone to this doctor for years. It was the worst experience I have ever had. The wait time was so long, you better expect to be in the waiting room for at least an hour or longer. The staff is rude and don't seem to know what they are doing. What really made me switch doctors is that Dr Giardino came into the room and started to speak to me like I was a diffrent patient. It was completley unacceptable. I have never had a doctor act like they have no idea who you are. She also was not helping me with the PCOS that I have. It is a very difficult thing and I am still trying to find someone to help me. I would think twice before I ever went to this doctor again. When I requested my records I had to go to the ethics board because they refused to give them to me even after I sent a letter requesting them.
