so far not a good experience. My wife and I picked out carpeting for our living room a week ago and put a deposit. We got a message that the installer would be at our house between 3 and 5 on Friday to measure the room. I took the after noon off of work and at 5pm he still wasn't there. I called and the installer said he was stuck in Grand Island and forgot to bring our paperwork with him anyways, so there is nothing he can do. Rescheduled for today at 4 and here it is almost 5 and he's still not here. Called to speak to a manager both times and was told the first time that there is no Manager in the store on Saturday and now I was told there is no Manager there after 4 pm. Who the hell runs this place??????

I picked out tile for two rooms in my house. Carpetsmart ordered the wrong tile for both jobs and proceeded to install the wrong tile in my bathroom while I as at work. They blamed the warehouse and the installer when talking to me and blamed my wife when talking to the installer. Now two weeks have gone by, my bathroom floor is plywood and they still haven't finished the job. They have never once called to update when the job will be completed or apologized for leaving my house in poor condition. Skip the middle man, buy the tile and supplies yourself and contact a professional contractor instead.

I spent $8k on flooring and carpets. They were 1 and one weeks late on the install and did damage to other fixtures. the repair people missed apptmts. and were late in repairs. the management wanted payment though they could have been paid 2 weeks earlier if they kept promises/apptmts. Friendly service before the sale; rudeness and threats after. All this hassle even' though I worked 3 weeks to get them the business and also wrote a report to 400 people praising them {before installation} which will no doubt get them more business. I've been suckered!!! A positive----it was a good install in the end.
