Buffalo Spine and Sports Institute offers diagnosis and management of patients with spine, sports and occupational injuries, as well as degenerative and other musculoskeletal disorders. The institute offers services such as physiatry, physical therapy and functional performance program. I'm a current patient and have been happy with my treatment. However, it's absolutely rediculous that you can't get anyone to answer the phone. I'm sure they're making enough money to have more operators, which they need desperately!

Paul who is a PA in the office is amazing he listens does not over prescribe or push people. He worked with me on developing a plan to rehab my back with out any mention of surgery. I would highly recommend seeing him with any pain or ache

I had high expectations. I thought it would be my answer. I saw Dr. Bergfeld. No other patient was in their office yet it took me over an hour for her to see me. When she finally came in. it seemed like she couldn't get me out fast enough. She never went over anything. I had to ask the receptionist questions about the new meds. She could 't answer I insisted they call me to answer SOMETHING. Took over 4 hours. If you want answers to pain, GO ELSEWHERE.

Excellent Dr's helpes my back pain right away....great staff!!!!!
