I called and it took at least 10 rings for someone to answer the phone. When they did answer the girl on the line answered the call saying just hello, not even stating the credit unions name. I asked her if this was blvd credit union and she said yeah...as if I was stupid and then I asked her what her name was then she hung up on me. Very unprofessional! The tellers are very nasty and rude as well. Plus there are no weekend hours!! I closed my account and will NEVER go there again!!
Find another institution to deal with.!teller shorted me and they would not make good...if you go here, count your money right at the window (before she slips the extra into her pocket)
