Substance abuse. Homelessness. Unemployment. Prisoner RE entry. And youth development. OUR mission is to develop strategies and programs to Bring together. Staff. Mentors. Community leaders and volunteers to positively IMPACT individuals and families. Thereby improving the overall condition of the community in which they live.

Buffalo’s back to basics outreach ministries. Inc. (1996) is Buffalo’s pioneering NON profit organization in violence prevention and intervention. Prisoner RE entry services and residential transitional housing. Under the dynamic leadership of pastor james Giles. B2B partners with LAW enforcement. Drug treatment programs. The courts and a variety of other community resources to: reduce gang activity and GUN violence (Buffalo peacemakers and snug) assure a successful transition from prison to a home and a JOB (RE entry program) train AT risk youth and help them find employment (construction training program and youth MENTORING program) create a safe. Just and peaceful community (restorative justice program and Buffalo peacemakers) eliminate substance abuse. Homelessness and hunger in OUR city (housing PROGRAM) TEACH life management and JOB SKILLS MENTOR young people to shape lives of responsibility and service (youth MENTORING program) facing an expanding and unrelenting need. B2B has grown from a small staff of volunteers to a quickly growing NON profit whose need for funds grows dramatically each year. Grants and donations fund a portion of the quickly rising costs and but private donations are vital to its continuing efforts to assure a community with decreasing crime rates and improving employment and education rates.
