Arbour Construction Management Inc
General Info
We at Arbour Construction Management Inc have assembled a very talented team with the requisite management and technical skills to meet the quality, schedule and budget challenges of your current and future projects. The projects that Arbour's staff has been an integral part of have ranged in size from $1 million to $59 million. We at Arbour are estimators and value engineers able to take your project apart a piece at a time and then put it back together again. We are skilled at developing budgets that hold true. Arbour has project managers who are committed to getting things done within set cost and time constraints and of a final build quality that all project participants will be proud of. Arbour provides field personnel who are experienced tradesmen; people who work safe, work smart. Most have twenty or more years of construction experience. Above all, they are quality conscious people who take the time to insure things are built as intended. We at Arbour are time, cost, quality control, risk management and safety personnel who are assigned to your project to ensure it's successful completion. As noted below, our corporate headquarters are located on the 8th floor of the Dun Building. The Dun Building, built between 1894-95 was named for Robert G. Dun, who founded the company that eventually became Dun & Bradstreet, the nation's oldest and largest credit reporting agency. The Dun Building is believed to be the first truly fire-resistant building and, at 10 stories, it was also the first skyscraper in Buffalo. It has been Arbour's home for the last several years. We were incorporated as a private corporation in the state of New York in January of 1991.
