Located in Buena Vista, Ga., Marion County High School is an educational institution that provides a variety of academic programs, including special, alternative, and career and technology education. The school is a part of Marion County School System. It enrolls students in grades nine through 12. The school staff includes custodians, counselors, paraprofessionals and nurses. It operates departments, including language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language and physical education. The school offers a range of clubs and student organizations, such as the Future Business Leaders of America, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, yearbook and student council. Its athletic division provides sports activities, including football, cross country, baseball, softball, tennis, cheerleading, basketball, and track and field. In addition, Marion County High School organizes various talent shows and social events.
