I have been waiting for my dresser/changer since November 26 2007. It is now February 13th 2008.Babys Dream has told my store in Colorado several times that it would just be another "two weeks" or "three weeks" until I would get my dresser/changer.I still have not received it and was just told AGAIN that it would be another 10-14 days until it would be in the store in Denver Colorado. I fully understand that Babys Dream has had problems with retaining a VP for the company and that they are currently under the direction of a new President/CEO - what is alarming to me is the lack of concern they show for the unsatisified customer.I have been in contact with Amy the Consumer Relations Manager and her general attitude has been not wanting to deal with me and refusing to allow me to talk with any "higher ups" about the problem.I have received my Generation Next Crib and am delighted with it - but wonder if this company treats customers so poorly will they be around to uphold the warranty?
