Provided by YP.comFenn was recommended to me by a Property Manager that has been using there service for years. So I gave them a try.
The first visit went real smooth. Second visit.. not so smooth. I was not given a time or a date. Guy just showed up. Luckily I had the day off and was able to let him work. Third visit has been a nightmare. I will get scheduled but no time frames given. Reps never returned my calls to provide a time frame.
Today the Tech showed up to my house left a notice with no call. I'm disappointed with FENN. They came highly recommended. I'm letting them go and looking for a new company. Maybe I should recommend the Property Manager do the same.
Areas of Opportunity for Fenn:
*Follow up with customers to ensure time frames work
* Have techs call ahead of time maybe the day before to confirm service times
* Have office reps use other sources of contact like emails with clients to confirm services. (Then again they cant handle a simple call)
* Have customers use a website to view available hours for self scheduling.
* Have a scheduling manager available on the weekends.
* Have a sense of ownership! Just call a customer back!!!!!
I would stay away from Fenn if you want a company that follows through customer commitments, shows ownership and has weekend availability.
