The community planners captured some of Austin’s commitment to living green by utilizing environmentally friendly xeriscaping near entrances and parks. Residents will even be able to “adopt” a plot of land in the onsite orchard and organic garden where they can harvest their own flowers or vegetable. If you do not encompass a green thumb, there will be a gardener on hand for those of you that need a little help! The community also houses unique amenities, such as the Sunbright Activity Center with a water spray park, a fenced in dog park and covered mailbox pavilions, which allow residents the ability to lead an active lifestyle close to home.
