Since its founding, more than 40 years ago, the Night Hawk brand has grown to include a wide variety of dinners and convenience foods that are sold in grocery stores across the United States. Night Hawk Frozen Foods is based just outside of Austin. From its plant, the company produces millions of premium frozen dinners each year. The company's signature items include Steak 'n Taters and The Original Beef Patty 'n Gravy. In addition to offering charbroiled meats, Night Hawk Frozen Foods manufactures low-carbohydrate meals.
