(We ship all over the nation including Alaska and Hawaii.) We are located in Buckley, Washington. We Smoke Only Fresh Salmon & Finest Deluxe Soft Cheddar Cheeses. The Cheese is Hand-Cut into 1/4 lb cubes, providing a perfect slice & size for entertaining. The Cheese is Smoked in an all Western Ceder Smokehouse which is known as the most Aromatic of all Woods. Many Long Time Customers consider themselves to be Cheese Connoisseurs and they believe this to be the best cheese they have ever tasted. Steve's Smoked Cheese is excellent with a glass of your favorite wine(Pinot Noir) or your favorite beer! When purchased, the Cheese & Salmon are Vacuum Packed for Optional Freshness.
