SIMPLY AMAZING!! I could not make it to the house to meet with Mike due to work, however, my wife had gone and came home raving about the experience. She couldn't stop talking about how thorough he was, how he had walked her through every nook and cranny of the house explaining everything. Even our real estate agent texted me to tell me how this inspector is a breath of fresh air and probably the best he's ever seen. My wife said he took his time to go through and test everything while also being courteous and polite the whole way. The report was received quickly with tons of pictures and detailed descriptions. And even though the house looked great on the surface, Mike found a few major defects that would have ended up costing us nearly $4,000 to repair. Through some negotiation, we were able to have the seller fix most of the issues he found. Will recommend Mike to any future home buyer!
