Husband went into KFC to order takeout, wait took long. We don't live far from this location. When he got home, I looked at chicken and it was soggy and looked uncooked. We ordered extra crispy. Husband took chicken back and the person on duty told my husband that the Chicken looked OK to him. Husband told him it wasn't OK to him and the Person told my husband "Well. what do you want me to do about it?" This person should have known what to do and not ask customer. He was not apologetic, didn't offer coupon or anything. My husband got a refund and walked out. Great People Service!?! Had to check at least 1 star, otherwise I could submit review.

This location was out of product ( gravey )for chicken fried steak ) fries were not fresh (had to take back). Ate in restaurant and there were more flys in restaurant than my backyard . No team member at front counter to greet customers as thay come in. Needs attention!!!

And I thought the KFC's in California were bad. Spent 1/2 hour waiting to find out they gave my order to another person and then didn't have enough chicken to fill my order. Not coming back here again!
