When Dr Caster first came to Bryson City, NC and opened one of the three Urgent Cares he owns. (Andrews and Cashiers are the other 2) we was great. Now I know that's an act. He prescribed me the wrong type of medicine, did not listen to my lungs or so a breathing test because I told him I had recently been diagnosed with this in ER and to see my primary. He stayed in with me 5 minutes and I so just this month Jan 2018 recieved Medicaid. However I have been on disability since 2016, no income. I called everyday for 3 days and so has my pharmacy, I need to get pneumonia shot and need a prescription because I'm not 60 and he said he would send that and a recommendation for a pulmonary Dr. He forgot to give me so now I can't get in, oh and today I went to his Bryson office to get these things like I was told to do yesterday. He seem me waiting but turned around and said no I can't see him or use my Medicaid card until late fee is paid. I do not have $500. His rude unprofessional receptionist said write what I need and he'll try to get to it, like he NEVER does when I call and Walgreens faxes the order 5 times now and all he had to do was take the XR off my ADD medicine back to original prescription so I can sleep and feel sane again and get vaccine I need and give me a recommendation so I can go to specialist for my lungs as I have had to go to ER twice at night for chronic pneumonia and cannot breath attacks. Medicaid would have covered seeing him but he is a snob and does not care about his patients anymore. Hope is wine restaurant is doing well because ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS THE MONEY 👹OH I FELL OUT OF A MOVING CAR DURING ONE OF MY FIBROMYALGIA FOG EPISODES AND WAS CALLED A DRUG ADDICT IN FRONT OF ENTIRE WAITING ROOM BY A DOCTOR AUSTIN MONTHS AGO. Swain ER diagnosed my severe concussion and body lacerations god bless them. No pain meds involved by my request. Its time I get a lawyer.

Last Tuesday, I was forced to see the doctor to renew my prescriptions.My appointment was at 12.15, arrived at 12.00 and sat there for over an hour and a half with lots of folk coughing and sneezing.Who knows who was in the examination room prior to me but needles to say, I now have the worst cold I have had in years,My visit took less than 5 minutes! I probably will have to pay to fix this cold.......Thanks a lot....Noel
