This is my favorite boutique on the Mainline. They carry designers' clothes that I never heard of and the clothes are amazing. The service is great, too. I always leave with clothes that become my staples.

When I got home, I realized the $200+ sweater I had just bought was damaged. I brought it in the next day. At first the sales person brushed off the damage and was a little snotty and then she acknowledged it was a problem. It was the last sweater of its type, so I couldn't exchange it. My options were to exchange it for another item in the store or to take it MYSELF to their seamstress to have her repair it. I didn't want anything else in the store and I didn't have time to go to their seamstress. I called the next business day to talk to the owner. It turns out the snotty sales person was actually the owner. In the course of a 5-minute phone conversation she went from telling me the sweater wasn't damaged, to acknowledging it was damaged but that I should have noticed before I left the store, to telling me that I damaged it myself!It's not posted anywhere, but store policy is return for store credit ONLY within 7 days (that's right, you h
