I love this place. Who wouldn't? They have a great variety of studio classes, the personal trainers rock and REALLY know their stuff, the club is clean, the people are great, and best of all, I get results. I mix it up between training on my own and using their trainers, and I've dropped inches, pounds and best of all, finally have the muscle and tone I've always wanted. And I did it in less than six months. I've worked out in gyms all over and this one is far and above the best yet. Real people; real trainers and REAL results!!

The best club anywhere! The best and most knowledgeable trainer is John Parr. He knows the equipment and workout philosophy better than anyone. He is passionate and pays close attention to the client. I have had many personal trainers in the past and am now in the best shape of my life. I am leaner and stronger from only 2 thirty minute workouts a week.
