This place is right around the corner from Starbucks. I started off here with an assessment of my posture and other body issues and then was given very specific instructions on how to do the exercises and also given precautions of what kinds of movements I should not do given what kinds of past injuries I have. I got lots of individual attention unlike just going to a fitness class at the gym where the teacher has 30 people in the class.
