Nestled among majestic native hardwoods, rolling hillsides, the natural banks of the Turkey Creek and the new Texas A&M Health Science Center, Traditions has a setting like no other in the Brazos Valley. In the center of 900 acres, one will find the Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II Design championship golf course that provides the perfect backdrop to the luxurious club amenities, homesites that range from a fourth acre garden site to sprawling estate sites over an acre in size, and home to the Texas A&M Men’s and Women’s Golf Teams.
