The experience was good until we had to deal with the billing department. That cancelled out everything else. The lady in charge of that area only answers to the doctor and is not concerned with the patients. She "doesn't work the floor" "is not the insurance company" "has been doing this for 15 years" etc. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. The last time I talked to her was in hopes of an apology or at least a peace treaty no luck. We will no longer be going there and would not refer anyone else, EVER. Stay Away, I fear her attitude is spreading through the office. Sincerely, Truly Disappointed
