Do not rent from Investor's Real Estate. Firstly, we had a super-old (circa 1980's) and burnt-out electric range that would spark each time you turned the burners on. We called 3 or 4 times and reported this hazard, but no one would show for several weeks, and once they did do anything (if they ever did come out), the burners would be sparking again within a week. Then the heating element in the oven went out and they still refused to replace the stove. They always sounded nice on the phone, but nothing ever happened. Secondly, the apartment adjacent to us flooded and saturated our kitchen, pantry, dining room, bathroom, master vanity, and master closet. Once the carpet dried, mold and mildew began growing, especially under the cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom, and master vanity. We reported this several times before they finally sent someone to look at it, but even then they ever did anything about it.
