Originally from Miami, Florida, Geysel has over 9 years paralegal experience in Probate and Guardianship cases and is fluent in English and Spanish.   Wrongful Death  / Nursing Home Neglect & Abuse  – A jury in Robertson County, Texas awarded the clients a verdict in the amount of $6.78 million due to nursing home and physician neglect which resulted in the death of a nursing home resident. This is the largest wrongful death verdict in Robertson County history.

  Susan Toomer worked at Davis & Davis, P.C. from 1987 until 2003 as a full-time receptionist and secretary to A. W. “Head†Davis, whose practice consisted of Real Estate – Commercial and Residential, Estate Planning and Condemnation.  In 2003 she left the law firm to join her husband, Keith, in their family business.   In 2015, she returned to Davis & Davis, P.C. as a team player and part-time receptionist.  Susan assists the attorneys and support staff with any duty given.  She is a people person, loves to visit with clients and doesn’t ever meet a stranger.
