- Eminent DomainJames Connor Smith has been engaged in real estate activity since 1961 and is experienced in the sale, development, and valuation of real property. From 1965 to 2005 he was active as an independent appraiser/consultant specializing in valuation and counseling for commercial and rural properties including irrigating farmland, livestock ranches, and recreational subdivisions. His particular specialty was partitioning undivided interests in rural properties for estate settlement and counseling owners involved with eminent domain situations. From 1974 to 2009 he was the founder and active in two real estate brokerage and management companies. He joined Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. In 2015. He is a member of Grace Bible Church of College Station. He is married to the former Dorothy Holt of Center, Texas and they have four children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include skeet and trap shooting, hunting, and expedition canoeing/kayaking.

- Tax LawEmily Schuler was born and raised in College Station. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance in 2005. Following college, Emily moved to Houston to begin a career with Ryan, LLC, a global tax services firm. She spent over ten years doing tax advocacy work for Fortune 500 companies spanning the manufacturing, energy, and communication industries. Additionally, Emily earned her Texas real estate license in 2008. She helped her residential and commercial clients navigate the buying and selling process within the greater Houston area. Her experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential property valuation, real estate sales, and property tax appeals. She married her husband, Kyle, in 2014 and moved to Midland where they started their family. She is most proud of her roles as wife and mother to their two children. In addition to the demands of motherhood, Emily helped build a professional home organization business and gave back to her local community through her volunteer service with Junior League, CASA, Kappa Alpha Theta, and her church. After the sale of his company, Kyle and Emily felt called back to the Bryan-College Station area to be closer to family. Emily offers a unique combination of technical expertise and outstanding client service. Her strong loyalty to the community and passion for advocacy have led her back to a career in real estate.
