  PCHC was constructed with a net-zero energy goal and is the first in Colorado to provide 100% of its energy by itself, through extensive natural lighting, a solar panel system, a geothermal underground well system, and state-of-the-art insulation and lighting controls. The facility also includes an air ionization system to ventilate the air, reducing transmission of viruses.
