Lawyer was very un-professional. Lawyer was generally argumentative and disrespectful. Lawyer constantly interrupted not allowing all facts to be present and jumped to conclusions. Lawyer threatened to quit multiple times during proceedings. Lawyer filed proposal with court without allowing client to read and consent not once but twice. Lawyer would not communicate through email but charged more time than reasonable for reading emails. This caused more emails and more charges. This caused the scheduling of an appointment which led to more charges. Lawyer makes billing mistakes then charges for correction of billing mistakes. Lawyer charges to call you and threaten to quit. Lawyer demands money with threats to quit if money is not paid by a certain date the first time that payment is requested. Lawyer will not have your back. Services paid for are not received.
