I got my nails done by Julie. She did a awesome job on them. She does great work. Wil be going back.

Im very disappointed.my nails fall off in a week im tired of going every week to go get them fixed

I am very disappointed in this quality of this salons work. I went there for the first time and I was on the only one getting my nails done yet she rushed so fast on my nails and were very poorly done. I had a full set put on and I had 2 nails break within 3 days of getting them on. Then after 2 weeks I had 2 more break. After 2 weeks of having them put on a brand new full set, they are all breaking off. I will not be visiting this salon again.

They are very nice. However, I often feel very rushed and my nails often look sloppy. They will work on multiple people at the same time even if you have an appointment. I don't like having an appointment and then having them work on me while and two other clients at the same time. I often have to go back the next day because my shellac chipped. Looking for a new nail place

I was there for two hours and by the time they started me my service was ridiculously rushed and horribly done . My shellac was all over the place and I have decently long nails so there's no excuse. I highly recommend going else where.

The customer service was horrible, not friendly at all, everyone was working on more than one client at a time and everything was rushed, and my pedicure was done sloppy. I was over charged for my pedicure by $10 and didn't even know about it until after I left the store and saw their prices outside on their window. I will NEVER be coming back here. Save your money and go elsewhere

Owner supposed to have been doing nails for 20 years, but mine have been done kind of sloppy lately. not all even, some ended up with indents on the top, not shaped evenly, they seem to be in a big hurry. Aso does more than one client at a time. So your left sitting while they start on another person and then come back to you again. that isnt cool. I cant seem to find any really good nail places in brunswick, OH. One of the positives about this place is they are very friendly and polite.
