Two years in a row, shame on me for returning to use their service after the fact that in 2010 I had a problem with them filing my 2009 taxes. In 2010, their was a "glitch" in the system and it took much longer than promised to see my return. I gave Brunswick tax a second chance and it has been nothing but trouble. In confidence I told my tax professional information and bam within seven days I am in trouble with tax authorities. I know that my Brunswick Tax professional has a friend that works in my city tax department. It is not that I want to avoid payinng, I am in a terrible financial situation right now and now is not the time that I can take care of a past tax problem. I will pay them, but I am on unemployment and barely making it. Then just like last year, I hurry out to e-file my taxes on Wednesday and four weeks later, I still don't have my return. PLEASE don't use this service if you expect timely returns and confidentiality.

Brunswick Tax Service is awesome. Not only have they done my taxes perfectly every time (corporate and personal) they also reviewed my past tax liabilities and found errors that saved me a ton of money. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I suggest them to my closest friends.
