I have been to many salons in the area, and none of them even come close to the service and expertise of ESBI. The staff is educated on all the latest trends and styles, so you never have to worry about getting a "dated" hair cut. I went there for the first time yesterday and I was so impressed. Every singlr client, from age 16 to 56, looked amazing when they left the salon. I will be recommending esbi to EVERYONE I know!

I have been a client of Esbi Intl Salon for over a year and I have never been treated with more attentiveness or attention to detail in any other salon the way that I have at Esbi. The entire staff is always upbeat and positive and you are always greeted with a smile. Each client has a separate "portfolio" that details the services that are provided at each appointment including the color, cut and style. I would never consider finding a new salon although I live in downtown Cleveland and the trip to the salon for me personally is about 35 minutes and there are much closer salons in Cleveland.I have always left feeling like $1 Million and I advise anyone looking for a new experience that is RIGHT the first time and everytime to check out Esbi -- it simply can't be beat!
