i have been going here for years even before thes people owned it. love the work now way too expensive and the work poor sorry to say will not be back. others are out there get prices ahead of time.. bad business

I've been going to Angel Nail Spa for over 2 years. Over time I have seen almost 100% employee turnover. The quality of work has gone way down. It used to be a beautiful place to go for really great prices, but now they make stupid upgrades like cheap LED lights instead of maintaining the equipment and cleanliness of the stations they have. They know me by name. I come in every 2 weeks or so, but even I get treated like I'm pretty unimportant. I can't tell you the last time I was served in the order in which I signed in. I couldn't tell you anyone's name. They don't wear name tags or introduce themselves. They answer their personal cell phones and speak other languages to other employees and laugh right in front of customers. I'm really sad because I had tried a few of Brunswick's other nail salons before going to this one 2 years ago and I never want to go back into those. I hope this review prompts Angel Nail to close for a few days and clean up!

I can't believe what happened here. I called to inquire about price for gel nails, said I did not need a manicure. When I got to the store, I said AGAIN that I did not need a manicure. The guy who did my nails was really nice but after he was done he put lotion on my hands so he charged me $12 more for a manicure. I specifically said I didn't need a manicure and ended up being charged for one just because he put lotion on my hands. These people who run these nail places are constantly using their language barrier to take advantage of people. Ask to pay first if you go into this place...

This place is AMAZING I never believed in getting my nails done til i had a special event to attend. They are kind attentive and the price is great. it is a spa style relaxing and you will not find a better atmosphere for the price
