I was in Maine for the weekend. Stopped into Sunshine Too yesterday to do my laundry. Great place, clean, new machines and the owner was there mopping the floors. I was impressed with everything. I am sure you will be TOO!
This place is the cleanest laundry I have ever been in and I have been in laundromats all over the world. Great choices for machinery, all the amenities you could want, 46" flat screen tv, ATM, soda/snack machine. Great HOT dryers, parking close to the facility and indoor & outdoor seating.
So, I accidently put the $6.00 for my washer into the empty washer next to it and the door for the machine doesn't open until its finished. I called the attendant and the attendant says " I don't know what you want me to do, I guess your SOL, you need to get more coins and fill the right machine, I can't help you" . How could you have no empathy or assist me? I was furious, I will NEVER go there again after that. They could care less about their customers. You guys give Maine and your business a bad name with service like that.
My employee screwed up and she knew it later in the day. She told me when I came in later that evening and all I could say was let us NOT do that again. If the customer had left a comment sheet in our comment box(I only have the key) I would have called, apologized and made it right. However now all I can do is guarantee it won't ever happen again.
