Russell was so nice and informative. He went through everything, told me about the pieces and let me know what he recommended for appraisal. What I really appreciated is that Russell didn't push the appraisal. Since a couple of pieces were valuable, I had Greyhouse do the appraisal. The printed report is bound, he includes pictures of the jewelry, diamond plots and very detailed information. My visit to Greyhouse was definitely time well spent.
