Durfee's flooring say they offer super guarantee, but don't believe it. When it comes down to doing the right thing and fixing a bad product they DO NOT STAND BEHIND IT! I purchased my wood floors from them in 2006 for my new home in Aug-Sept 2006 my wood floors were cracking. They were not just little checks in the ends of the boards either. They made little attempt to replace all the bad boards, and what attempt they made the color did not match, (in a highly visible area no less) and the boards were 1/8" higher than original boards. They still have not made it right with me,and I still have damaged flooring. Anyways I would not recommend them to anyone as they DO NOT GUARANTEE WHAT THEY SELL. This Consumer to tired to fight for what is right.

We brought our Oreck there because they are a designated service center for them. The vacuum was kept for a month & not serviced properly. They switched it from a 2 speed to a one and the vacuum was not right after 3 times until we took it to a vacuum repair shop in Portland--those guys were horrified at what had been done at Durfees--they SHOULD NOT be an Oreck service center.
