Agreed that the one negative review must have been having a bad day. Bohemian Coffee has the best coffee I've ever had... the pastries are lovely and the gelato has a reputation as divinity in frozen form. We're lucky to have this gem in Brunswick!

First off--Great coffee, and it's roasted in Bowdoinham. Easy to park and get in and out. However, the coffee turns out to be the only offering that is noteworthy. They try to do pastries (seems like they are pre-made) and they offer gelato that is obviously made by adding water to a factory made bag of mix... only seven flavors to choose from anyway. Service is overall pretty good, but on some occasions the service is spooty. I think it is very dependent on who is working-- sometimes very friendly and attentive- others times- gruff and arrogant. Certainly a local's favorite for coffee--- but not the world's best ever.

Great Gelato that they make fresh daily! also they have won best coffee since 1997. Right by Hanaford's downtown I sat outside under a huge umbrella and had a dark chocolate gelato with shots of espresso over it...it was amazing
