The services were nice. I've never had a massage and body scrub, but it was a nice experience. What I didn't like was in between treatments being put in a waiting area that was open to the public. The area is totally in view of people coming in and out of the business' front door. I didn't feel comfortable sitting there in my robe for everyone to see. I thought that was strange and that it took away from the relaxation of the experience. The facility seems small or maybe it's just laid out poorly. You also have to go up and down stairs, and the steam shower seemed old - needs updating. Also, the regular shower was very small and dark. Overall the facility just didn't seem like a spa-like environment, but the services were nice and the employees were friendly and courteous.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPA, IT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR ,YOU ARE GREETED BY FRIENDLY STAFF THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN MY FOURTH VISIT (THANKS TO MY DAUGHTER ) BUT LAST TIME I WENT TO A DIFFERENT PLACE NEEDLES TO SAY I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE HERE. THE STAFF AT THE OTHER PLACE DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY PRESENCE IT TOOK FOREVER TO FINALLY GET STARTED AND IT SEEMED LIKE NOBODY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING .THE MASSAGE LADY WAS VERY ROUGH AND GAVE THE IMPRESSION LIKE SHE WAS UPSET BECAUSE SHE NEVER ONCE SMILED OR TRIED TO MAKE ANY CONVERSATION WITH ME ,WHEN SHE WAS DONE ALL SHE SAID WAS THAT THE TIME WAS UP. I NOW REGRET NOT GOING TO SERENITY, BUT BELIEVE ME THAT IF ANYONE IS TO ASK ME TO RECOMMEND A PLACE IT SURE WILL BE SERENITY SPRINGS. I HAVE ALREADY MADE PLANS TO PURCHASE SOME CERTIFICATES FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I WANT THEM TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I FELT, AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER PLACE.
